The Boot Actions Wizard is designed to help you with scheduling and executing Boot Actions fast and easy. It incorporates all boot actions that can be performed using MoveOnBoot and provides you a probability of performing a restart of the underlying operating system just after scheduling the appropriate boot action. This wizard can be shown using the Boot Actions Wizard button from both Boot Actions Ribbon group and Application Menu.
The welcome page of the Boot Actions Wizard is to show you built-in help information on when this wizard should be used, what can it give you and tell you about the specific of boot actions.
On the next step you are proposed to choose a boot action to be scheduled, configure it and specify if the restart of the underlying operating system. You can choose between six boot actions: File Move, Folder Move, File Renaming, Folder Renaming, File Deletion and Folder deletion. You can select one of them by the combination of action type and action target. The content of the Configuration group is dynamically changed to reflect the changes made in selected action. Next you should configure the boot action itself using the input fields available from the Configuration group. Also you can specify in the Restart group if the restart of the underlying operating system should be performed after scheduling the action, as the action is actually performed only on the next Windows boot. After you have configured the chosen boot action press Finish button to proceed.
